Our livng room is warm and inviting

We have been coming to Treasure Island Florida now over 20 years now and have fallen in love with the area. The entertainment, the atmosphere, seafood restaurants and clean white sandy beaches that are just minutes away, just adds to the desire to continue to come here as often as possible. After all this time, we decided we wanted to buy and rent our condo out and specifically design our condo for vacationers like yourselves. We have taken into consideration what we would like when we come to vacation here and have added those things and many other amenities to make you as comfortable as possible while enjoying the beach life here. It has everything we wanted. A gorgeous in-ground swimming pool surrounded by lush landscaping just 40 feet down to the left of our condo and if we turn to the right, we are just 40 steps to the beautiful Boca Ceiga Bay. This was another plus for us.

What we offer

Our condo features a full service kitchen with full amenities like: Alexa, free Wifi, Smart TV, 2 stage coffee station, 4 slice toaster, blender, complete dinnerware, dishwasher, can opener, garbage disposal, crock pot and starter paper supplies, dual shower in bathroom & central heating and air conditioning, private patio set with Margritaville Theme. Our condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. All 'touch surfaces' are completely cleaned and sanitized for your safety. The Condo is recently painted inside with stunningly beautiful beach theme flooring and walls decor. No need to bring beach towels, we supply them to. The entire condo was done with a beach theme in mind.

Just bring your clothes and yourself and enjoy!!

Fun, entertainment or relaxing. We have it all and it is all very close to our condo in beautiful Treasure Island Florida.

Sometimes we get to see families of dolphins jumping out of the water together. So beautiful.

Enjoying the view as we head out to see the Dolphins. We got an added treat when we saw a stunning sunset right off the bow.

Almost every year they have contests for the best sand castles

This is John's Pass, Florida. We have so much to do and even offer deep sea fishing or dolphin watching

This is Woody's Restaurant on the waterfront where the bay and gulf meet. So beautiful here just to come and relax, eat good food and enjoy the view.

The wharf Restaurant is in a rustic sea setting and is right on the back bay & has some great food. Their seafood soup is awesome.

You might not know this but we love to clown around.

When it comes to fun, we are big clowns who just want you to come and have fun like we do.

Standing at the entrance to Beautiful Boca Ceiga Bay and John's Pass Restaurants on the waterfront. There is so much to do here. We hope you will enjoy your stay.
