There is also a $200.00 refundable security deposit upon inspection of condo after you leave.
NORMAL Summer rates were $2250.00 per month (June through September). $2450.00 per month for November through April still apply.
*** Cleaning, sanitizing and all utility fees are included with monthly rental total.*** If you rent with us the following year there is no background check fee.
