Hey went to Nokomis to see old friend that husband was from our town and coached girls B.B. same time as Mack coached boys. We were pregnant same time and each delivered baby girl on same day😂😂 anyway happy to visit. Her husband died four years ago. So. Only thing I can think of is: sliding door leaks over to top right when big rain comes. Of course fridge needs work, but ya know about that. We've been super pleased with everything and only had to replenish toilet paper😂😂. Thank you for everything . Ya have been great!!

Hi guys, just wanted to let you know we are on our way home.  The condo is cleaned up as requested.  Thanks again for letting us rent your beautiful condo!  We had a great time!  Please keep us in mind for future seasons.  Have a nice summer.

Len, very much enjoy your place . I like how you decorated it. Starting to meet the neighbors. All very nice. Very relaxing sitting out at the intercoastal bay . Looking forward to renting from you next year and hopefully many years in the future.

We had a great time at condo 41!  The condo had all the amenities we needed and is in a great location. Leonard was very helpful and easy to get a hold of.  We would definitely stay again!  Nick
